Project manager | Hello Wood

We are looking for a project manager to join our team!

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing existing clients
• Building and maintaining new customer contacts
• Preparing offers, compiling presentation materials and contracts
• Keeping Hungarian and international project plans up to date
• Supervising planned activities, thus ensuring compliance with processes and deadlines
• Checking the quality and content of activities, supervision
• Cooperating with the designers, project managers and the finance team
• Keeping in contact with clients and subcontractors
• Preparing and logging monthly reports, records and cost calculations
• Managing invoices and orders
• Representing the company’s values at a high standard

 Requirements:

• Higher education degree (in civil engineering, architecture or design)
• 2 years of experience in project management or sales 
• Good command of English both orally and in writing
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Skype, Zoom and Google Meets
• Sales attitude
• Good communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Social competence, flexibility, team work
• Category ‘B’ driving license
