It’s still not possible to walk on water, but technology can do wonders: a brand new hydroflyer is coming to hit the extreme sports market.
Unifoil designed its latest hydroflyer in collaboration with a Canadian inventor, Jerry McArthur. Thanks to being electric, the device called eFoil protects not only nature but also fellow competitors from the damage caused by harmful emissions. What makes it special is that it lifts up from the water surface once it picks up speed. Less friction means that it’s able to go faster—up to 55 km/h—and it doesn’t disturb the wildlife that much. Its control has also become more comfortable, as its handlebars were moved forward.
