This turntable set was inspired by 70’s architecture in Seoul.
Putting on vinyl records gets us in a retro mood right away, but this player will even let us reminisce about architecture. The silhouette of Old Future Turntable and Speaker was inspired by a quite specific source: its designers turned to the buildings of Seoul in the seventies for inspiration to design the set.
Some vinyl-lovers may not like the record player, due to the fact that its surface is not entirely horizontal, but slightly slanted – just like the roofs of the skyscrapers of the era in question– , which may inhibit perfect audio quality. With a slight adjustment to the turntable’s legs, it can easily be made more even.
